Happy, Happy Children

Posted: March 23, 2012 in Uncategorized

Luke 18:16-17 (NKJV) “But Jesus called them to Him and said, “Let the little children come to Me, and do not forbid them; for of such is the kingdom of God. Assuredly, I say to you, whoever does not receive the kingdom of God as a little child will by no means enter it.”

Excitement rushed through my heart. It was the day we see the river children in Iligan City, Philippines. Words had reached me about how wonderful they are. Now I would see for myself. So here we go walking down the street and turn into the path from the road leading to the river’s edge under the bridge.

The children had somehow heard I was coming to see them and were getting silly excited. Upon seeing the sea of faces, I felt my face flush and my tear ducts fill. But I was determines that I laugh with them and not weep.

Their leaders were ladies from the church through whom we support and feed these children. They corralled the children into groups where they sang to us some Christian songs. I will never forget their joyful faces at that moment.

Our visit was timed to be with the children when they were fed. Their leaders had this huge cooking pot full of rice and bits of chicken. The pot was sitting on some rocks from the river’s edge. Between those rocks, a hot fire was burning. The meal was almost ready.

Each child was given a small cup into which they would receive their meal. Their faces glowed with excitement.

One by one, the children came by the pot and received their portion. First, they were given some thin rice soup into their cup. Then the worker fished around for a very small bit of chicken that would be added to their cup. Some of the pieces were so small that I motioned to the leader to please give them another small piece of chicken.  At which time the child caught my glance and grinned broadly.

We were told this would be their only meal that day. I wept, turning my face away.

For our sponsored children and their siblings, we want to give them two of these meals a day for the five school day plus Saturday. There are over 600 children and when you add their siblings, the total is rather large.

With these two tiny meals a day, the children are able to learn in school. With these meals, a good education, their assigned pastors and caring sponsors we intend to transform the nation of the Philippines from a beggar nation to a blessed nation who helps other nations.

These poor children need you. Would you pray about it? Feed Hungry Children.

“BREAKER ANOINTING FOR THE BREAKTHROUGH!”

Who knew? Many today want and desperately need  a breakthrough from where they are and what they are.  But they are lost about how to cross the bridge as they follow the “Breaker Jesus.” Outside that gate is God’s freedom and victory. Do you really want that? Are you ready to take the risk?

The Prophet Micah saw God’s people in moral and spiritual decay leading to disaster. He introduces a most unusual answer and gives the Lord Jesus a unique, never before used and never again to be used name, “Breaker.” Hold on and let me explain and illuminate.

This is happening at this moment in your life, your family, your church, your nation, including mine here in America. Many such situations are the result of the Lord assembling his flock together like sheep in a fold. God has allowed you and your nation to fall into moral decay like other sheep folds before you. But God loves you dearly and will not let you perish in your present state.

The “one (Breaker Jesus) who breaks open” will come up before you very soon.  He will lead you and us through the gate  (from shackles and chains of bondage) He has opened. Breaker Jesus will go before us.

March 7, 2012. I am giving you a “Breaker Anointing for the Breakthrough!” With this anointing, you will have the breakthrough of a life time. The challenge is whether or not you will actually receive it. It was John Wimber who laid hands on me and said “The Spirit of Prophecy is upon you.” Since that very night, my life, ministry, family, everything has been a breakthrough in expansion. Long before this, I had been gloriously filled with the Holy Spirit. But now God chose to clothe me in a supernatural gifting as His prophet. I was intimidated and fearful but also excited and bold. My confidence began to grow so I could make a difference in people’s lives. My shackles and chains of bondage broke off. Freedom and joy came.

Micah 2:12-13 “I will surely assemble all of you, O Jacob, I will surely gather the remnant of Israel; I will put them together like sheep of the fold, like a flock in the midst of their pasture; they shall make a loud noise because of so many people. The one who breaks open will come up before them; they will break out, pass through the gate, and go out by it; their king will pass before them, with the LORD at their head.” Isaiah 10: 27 It shall come to pass in that day that his burden will be taken away from your shoulder, and his yoke from your neck, and the yoke will be destroyed because of the anointing oil.”  Ras Robinson
